WAPATO MIDDLE SCHOOL

Facility Use Message 2024-25'

The Wapato Middle School will be accepting completed APPLICATIONS FOR USE OF SCHOOL FACILITIES requests starting on August 12, 2024.  The WMS office hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.  No applications will be accepted prior to this date.

A completed application includes an attached copy of:              

• Certificate of Insurance (WSD must be listed as the certificate holder with the district office address: 212 West 3rd St. Wapato, WA 98951)
• Proof of Annual Listed Law Training for all non-school youth sports activities
• If this is a youth activity attach a list with the name of coach and a list of players with grade level.

The WMS Gym will be available for two slots per day (Monday through Friday) 5:15-6:15pm and 6:30-7:30pm each week pending pre-scheduled school sponsored activities.  Please indicate your 1st and 2nd choice for day and time.  First preference will go to patrons who have turned in a completed application with the required attached copies.  If multiple applications are received on the same calendar day requesting the same day and times, a lottery process will be used to designate preference.  Multiple requests may be granted, however if additional applications are approved you may only receive your first indicated preference for gym time.
