Dear WMS Families,

As we close the 2025–2026 school year, I want to take a moment to thank our students, families, and staff for an incredible year at Wapato Middle School.

Our theme this year was "Growing Stronger, Together, by Diving Deep," and that is exactly what we did. Throughout the year, our students challenged themselves academically, supported one another, and demonstrated what it means to be part of the WMS PACK. We focused on building strong relationships, creating a safe and welcoming environment, and helping every student grow both inside and outside the classroom.

This year brought many successes worth celebrating. We saw students make significant academic growth, increased family involvement through events like PACK Porch, and made tremendous progress in strengthening our school culture. Most importantly, we continued to show what can happen when students, staff, and families work together toward a common goal.

As we look ahead to next year, our journey will take us from the depths of the ocean to the vast possibilities of space. While our theme may be changing, our commitment remains the same: Growing Stronger, Together. Every student, staff member, family, and community partner plays an important role in our success. Together, we will continue building on this year's accomplishments, reaching new heights, and creating even more opportunities for our students to thrive.

I encourage our students to take time this summer to relax, make memories with family and friends, explore new experiences, and keep their minds active through reading and learning. Summer is an opportunity to recharge and return ready for another great year.

Thank you for your partnership, support, and commitment to Wapato Middle School. It is a privilege to serve as your principal, and I am already looking forward to what we will accomplish together next year.
