Congratulations to the 2025 Golden Apple Award Recipients.  This year the School Board selected five employees to receive this prestigious recognition.  They include Wapato High School Librarian Kelly Klebaum, Wapato High School Teacher Devlin Forrester, Satus Elementary School Para-Educator Lori Calhoun, Adams Elementary School Teacher Francisca Beyrouty and the District’s Executive Director Kevin Hill.    

The Golden Apple Awards program is a School Board facilitated recognition that annually recognizes outstanding full-time or part-time employees.  The Board conducts an open nomination process and selects the recipients after screening all of the written nominations.
